Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego

Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego - Sunday, May 1st
The Asian Cultural Festival returns in its second year to be San Diego's ONLY event in celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. We will have two stages of cultural and contemporary entertainment, a crafts booth for kids, live cooking demos, and our cultural row, featuring booths representing the cultures and countries of Asia. More information is available at www.asianculturalfestivalsd.com.

This event will unite the Asian ethnicities and cultures within San Diego for a celebration open to all. This will be a fun, free, family-oriented festival. Dances, costumes, martial arts, food, and more! We at Silk Road Productions are extremely proud to have created this event as a gift to San Diego!

May is Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month – a celebration of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States. Like most commemorative months, Asian-Pacific Heritage Month originated in a congressional bill. In 1992, the official designation of May as Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month was signed into law. And now we celebrate and share the cultures present in San Diego!
