Healthy Eating Extravaganza III* - Saturday, August 15th
Kalusugan Community Services, a nonprofit organization that promotes health and improvements in the quality of life, will be presenting their annual Healthy Eating Extravaganza this August. Silk Road will be directing the day's events, so look for us at this expo!

The Healthy Eating Campaign aims to educate and offer preventative information and improve access to healthy food in the National City area. The campaign continues with its healthy eating expo where there will be demonstrations, recipes, table set-ups by various restaurants and grocery stores promoting their healthy offerings, and entertainment!

Enjoy aerobics, an award ceremony, food tastings from cooking demonstrations, a cultural education, dancing and entertainment, and so much more! Tickets are only $10 and seniors and students pay only $5! The beautifully constructed Jacob's Center will host this food and fun filled event!
