Kalusugan Community Services, a well-known nonprofit organization that promotes health and improvements in the quality of life among Filipino-Americans, is bringing their annual Healthy Eating Extravaganza back to National City on Saturday, July 19th.

An ongoing program, KCS’s Healthy Eating Campaign aims to educate and offer preventative information and improve access to healthy food in the National City area. The campaign continues with its wellness advocacy at a healthy eating expo where there will be demonstrations, recipes, table set-ups by various restaurants and grocery stores promoting their healthy offerings, and of course, plenty of entertainment!

Tickets are $8 and $5 for seniors and students and are available at the Kalusugan Community Services Wellness Center, at www.webkalusugan.org, and by telephone 619.477.3392.
