We are back on board with the San Diego Asian Film Festival's 9th year! Look for our involvement at their special events! Presented by Toyota Matrix, this year's festival will be eight days of Asian cinematic fun! You can view the list of films by clicking here. From the SDAFF website:
The San Diego Asian Film Festival is an annual event of the San Diego Asian Film Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the diverse Pan Asian experience through the media arts.
We’ve been around since 2000, premiering films from around the world. Our emphasis is on Asian American cinema, but we also showcase international films, along with shorts, animation, experimental films and music videos. Along with films, patrons will be able to meet and speak with filmmakers and actors, enjoy meaningful discussions, and enjoy nightly parties.

SDAFF Opening Night After Party* - Thursday, October 9th
Returning to the Airport Lounge, Silk Road is on production for the opening night after party, which will be the kick off party to be at! Some of SDAFF's celebrity guests will be on site, kicking back to the beats that the venue is known to bring. When the red carpet rolls up, come on to Little Italy and keep the party going!

Blowfish 2008* - Friday, October 10th
Silk Road is helping to continue the SDAFF partying with the third annual music and video showcase! A dynamic convergence of Asian American talent, Blowfish is an exploration of the intersection of beats, rhymes and film, through live performance and projected videos. Don't miss this party, a deadly but delicious mix of Los Angeles party-rocking with San Diego flavor. Our line up this year!
