"Asian: Capturing the Orient" Art Experience
Silk Road Productions presents our third large art show in downtown San Diego. Once again at Aubergine, we are bringing to you a unique art show that will showcase San Diego's talent based on an Asian theme. There will also be special cultural performances featuring representatives of various Asian ethnicities. This will be a truly exciting cultural experience!

What: "Asian: Capturing the Orient" Art Experience
There will be San Diego artists present to exhibit their interpretations of the Asian theme. There will also be a few select performances demonstrating the essence of various cultures, including the great Masazumi Mizuno, the talented Pakaraguian Kulintang Ensemble, the martial arts of the San Diego Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, and more! Our special guest DJ for the evening will be DJ ALA!
Where: This event will take place at one of the premier nightspots in the Gaslamp, Aubergine, located at 500 4th Avenue in the Gaslamp, downtown San Diego.
When: Saturday, August 19th, 2006, 5:30-9:30pm
How much: This event is all ages, open to the public, and free before 9:00pm. The nightclub cover begins at 9:00pm.
