The Next San Diego Speed Networking’s Details

The next San Diego Speed Networking will be Format B (see below) and will take place at the XXX! San Diego Speed Networking now has three formats, which will take place quarterly. All formats will begin with a welcome and introduction. You will receive a list of every attendee and company name along with their contact details.

San Diego Speed Networking - Format A

Format A requires two representatives from each participating company. Each company will have a tabletop booth and one rep will stay at their numbered table while the other moves from one company table to the next company table - allowing the stationary rep to speak with the moving reps, and the moving rep to speak with the stationary reps.

The first networking session will begin and last approximately 4 minutes, after which we will signal the guests to travel to their next table. This will continue until all parties have met. We ask that you divide each session in half so each participant gets to speak for an equal amount of time.

San Diego Speed Networking - Format B *

Format B of San Diego Speed Networking involves one representative from each company. This format will have one-on-one sessions with individuals either sitting at their stations or rotating. At the midpoint of the event, those who were stationary will then be the ones who move and their counterparts will become stationary.

The first networking session will begin and last approximately 4 minutes, after which we will signal the guests to travel to their next station. This will continue until everyone has met. There will then be an informal mixer after the final session for people to continue talking with each other.

San Diego Speed Networking - Format C

Format C of San Diego Speed Networking also involves one representative from each company. However, this format will have feature multiple interactions in changing groups or blocks.

The first networking session will begin and last approximately 10 minutes, after which we will signal the guests to travel to their next assigned group. This will continue until everyone has met. There will then be an informal mixer after the final session for people to continue talking with each other.
